• Alimentos Polar attended the third edition of EXPO HORECA 2023, an event focused on highlighting the offer of suppliers for the gastronomic and hotel sector in the country.
  
• The exhibition was held on October 20 and 21 at the Centro de Exposiciones de Quito.

Quito, October 2023 – Alimentos Polar, in its search for new business opportunities to meet the needs of the Ecuadorian consumer, was present at EXPO HORECA 2023 with its product Harina P.A.N., the world’s leading brand of precooked cornmeal.

During the two days of the show, Alimentos Polar displayed an outstanding participation strategy to promote P.A.N. through informative spaces, tastings and an interactive cooking activity that included the preparation of food with various products that were promoted at the show. In addition, a masterclass was held by Chef Freddy Mora Villamizar, who made several dishes with P.A.N., showing the versatility and performance of the product in the preparation of delicious and authentic food. This activity allowed for a close interaction with the public, fulfilling the brand’s objective of highlighting the benefits of cornmeal and the distinctive value of P.A.N.

EXPO HORECA 2023 brought together a multitude of professionals from the HORECA sector, as well as local buyers and importers. The event included exhibition and tasting spaces, conferences and workshops, as well as gastronomic demonstrations that highlighted the offerings of more than 80 companies from the country’s gastronomic and hotel sector.
