INGREDIENTS

225 grams of P.A.N. Pre-cooked White Corn Flour
375 grams of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon of salt.
1 teaspoon of baking soda.
110 grams of sugar.
480 milliliters of milk (2 cups).
2 eggs.
110 grams of butter or vegetable oil.
80 grams of sweet corn kernels.
80 grams of mozzarella cheese.

PREPARATION

    En un bol tamiza las harinas (de trigo y maíz), es decir, pásalas por un colador para que nuestra masa de pan de maíz quede más fina.

    In a bowl, sift the flours (wheat and corn), that is, pass them through a sieve so that our corn bread dough is finer.

    Mix thoroughly until the dough ingredients are well combined, then add the baking soda and a pinch of salt.

    Finally, add the corn kernels and the grated mozzarella cheese, continuing to mix until these ingredients are fully incorporated.

    Pour the homemade bread dough into the molds and place them on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Always preheat the oven to 190ºC, and once it is hot, bake the American-style bread for approximately 20 minutes.

    Remove the corn bread when it’s done and let it cool on a wire rack.

    Repeat the process until all the dough is used.
