P.A.N.: The First Gluten-Free Certified Pre-Cooked Corn Flour (GFCO) in Venezuela

Caracas, March 17, 2025 – P.A.N. is proud to announce that we are the first pre-cooked corn flour in Venezuela to receive gluten-free certification from the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO), the global leader in gluten-free product certification.
This achievement represents the independent verification of the quality and integrity of P.A.N. corn flour, offering the highest reliability in meeting the strictest and most trustworthy gluten-free standards.
Currently, P.A.N.’s two production plants, located in Chivacoa and Turmero, hold this certification, ensuring that throughout the flour production process, there is no contact with any gluten-containing particles.
P.A.N., Venezuela’s favorite, maintains its winning product with the same trusted formula to offer the best quality to our consumers. Now, the 1-kilogram package will feature a front label indicating it is a gluten-free product, and the official GFCO seal will appear on the side.
Consumers will soon be able to find the GFCO-labeled packaging at points of sale in Caracas and, gradually, throughout the rest of the country.
