
INGREDIENTS
2 cups of Precooked White Cornmeal P.A.N.
2 cups of warm milk.
2 teaspoons of cornstarch.
A pinch of salt.
PREPARATION

Dissolve the cornstarch in the milk.

In a bowl, mix the milk, Precooked White Cornmeal P.A.N., and salt.

Form balls of the desired size.

Place them on parchment paper and flatten by hand, shaping them like a pizza.

In a previously greased skillet, cook the dough for 3 minutes on each side.

Transfer to a pizza pan, add sauce, mozzarella cheese, and the toppings of your choice.

Bake at 180 °C (350 °F) for 10 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
