
INGREDIENTS
½ cup P.A.N. Pre-cooked White Corn Meal
2 cups dry, grated coconut
¼ cup sugar
A pinch of salt
1 egg
¾ cup condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
PREPARATION

Preheat the oven to 320ºF. Grease a baking tray with butter and dust with P.A.N. Pre-cooked White Corn Meal. Set aside.

In a bowl, combine the P.A.N. Pre-cooked White Corn Meal, coconut, sugar and salt.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, condensed milk, vanilla extract and cinnamon. Add the dry ingredients and stir until thoroughly combined.

Divide the dough into 30-35 equal-sized portions and place on the tray.

Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden. Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
