
INGREDIENTS
1 cup P.A.N. Pre-cooked Yellow Corn Meal
½ cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup milk
¼ cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
Vegetable oil for frying
4 cups beef ragu, prepared to your liking
1 ½ cups mozzarella cheese, grated
PREPARATION

In a bowl, combine the P.A.N. Pre-cooked Yellow Corn Meal with the dry ingredients. Add the milk and egg. Beat vigorously until thick.

In a deep pot, heat the oil.

Place a teaspoon of the mixture into the hot oil and cook until golden on all sides. Transfer to paper towels to drain and serve with your favorite sauce.
